Our service offers should be part of an ongoing development whereas it is crucial to cover the scientist’s requirements. The improvement of research conditions, visibility and appreciation at the university unify the primary goal.
ZFK pursues the goal to improve the requirements for the implementation of a cooperative doctorate at the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen am Rhein. It’s important for us to accomplish consistent conditions to help professors to adopt the supervision of the doctorate on the one hand, and to support the doctoral candidates to finish successful on the other hand.
ZFK supports in initiation and realization of cooperative projects with all external partners like regional or national companies, scientific organizations, public sector and political actors etc. Furthermore we pursue the goal to encourage internal networking among various disciplines and scientists at the university.
Together with the University of Applied Science Worms, the ZFK is promoting entrepreneurship among students. By its own start-up office, it raises awareness of the topic among university members and supports students’ entrepreneurial spirit by exchange of experiences, seminars, workshops, and networking events.
A special focus is set on social entrepreneurship.
